Emergency Reporting, the industry leader in web-based NFIRS reporting software, announced the release of the firm’s new Analytics product.
The Analytics module is based around staffing and response time analysis. It is flexible enough to allow agencies to assess their effectiveness using the NFPA 1710 or 1720 standards of cover, or by setting their own custom benchmarks.
This powerful tool provides in-depth analysis of departmental effectiveness by allowing users to analyze specific dates, times, shifts, zones, incident types and more. Using this data, emergency response providers will be able to improve efficiency in their agencies and even defend their budgets against cuts to staffing and equipment.
The Analytics module will be offered free-of-charge to current Emergency Reporting customers with the Fire package, EMS package, or Fire & EMS package. Emergency Reporting, founded in 2003, was the first cloud-based reporting and records management system on the market.
The company supports more than 75,000 first responders world-wide, including many U.S. Department of Defense agencies. Emergency Reporting leads the industry in speed, accuracy, and ease of reporting. Development on the Analytics module is driven by customer feedback, reflecting Emergency Reporting’s commitment to constant innovation.
