Monroe, CT, July 5, 2018 –– Spotted Dog Technologies, a leading provider of mobile incident response technology, today announced that it is expanding its sales force with the addition of Bradley Rotatori and David Lynch, two first responders with experience as users of the Rover Mobile Incident Response Platform.

David Lynch is a career emergency medical technician currently serving with the Lower Kiski Ambulance Service in Leechburg, PA and a volunteer firefighter with Markle Volunteer Fire Department in Allegheny Township, PA. He is a member of the U. S. Coast Guard Auxiliary where he serves as a Vice Flotilla Commander and Assistant District Staff Officer. In recent years, Lynch was a captain and then chief at Evergreen Search & Rescue, lieutenant at Kiski Valley Special Services, lieutenant at George G McMurtry Fire Department Vandergrift #1, and assistant chief of the Armstrong County Swiftwater Rescue Task Force.
Bradley Rotatori has been in the fire service for the past five years and is currently an emergency medical responder and firefighter with the Beacon Hose Company #1 in Beacon Falls, CT. He began his service with the Naugatuck Fire Police and went on to work as a firefighter in Southbury, CT. When not called to volunteer, Rotatori is in the information technology department for Staywell Health Care in Waterbury, CT following his employment as a Service Dispatcher with Integrity Systems and Solutions in Cheshire, CT.
