In order to support its Unified Agency Readiness Platform, Vector Solutions announced new cross-product connectors that link Vector Scheduling and TargetSolutions. The linkages enhance visibility, bolster operational readiness and further Vector's goal of a more integrated experience across its public safety solutions by immediately including TargetSolutions Training Events and credential status into scheduling workflows.

Administrators have historically had to synchronize data across disparate systems, despite the fact that fire and emergency medical services depend on both training and scheduling systems to keep employees ready and shifts completely and correctly staffed. Agencies may now detect possible training conflicts, verify employee certifications and make better staffing decisions without having to manually reconcile data from several platforms thanks to the integration of TargetSolutions and Vector Scheduling.

This release expands on Vector's continuous approach of linking vital public safety operations across its solutions via shared data, smooth application access and connected workflows—more than just a product integration. These interfaces, which are the most recent development in the organization's Unified Agency Readiness Platform, expand that linked experience to hiring and training while setting the stage for upcoming AI-powered insights.
