Tactik 360 was established in 2018 by active firefighters in response to a rising issue facing the fire service: sustaining operational capabilities in a scalable and economical manner without adding more personnel or training requirements.

Since January 2026, fire departments in Quebec that serve populations under 5,000 have had access to Officer 360 for as little as $175 annually because to a cooperation with the Quebec Fire Chiefs Association. This has greatly reduced barriers to advanced incident command training technology.

The company provides VR-based training systems that allow departments to use independent, reasonably priced headsets to conduct realistic, repeatable training directly in station surroundings.
