Michael Snodgrass

Michael Snodgrass is a lieutenant with Gresham, OR, Fire and Emergency Services, where he has served for 24 years, currently specializing as a USAR technician. In 2015, Snodgrass created FireXTalk, a full-day conference of 20-minute firefighting training talks. He also helped form the Randy Carpenter Memorial Survival, Search, and Rescue School, which was designed to put into action the training talks and rapid-intervention training to ensure that firefighters have the skills to make it out alive.
