Chicago FF Shot While Responding to Car Fire

A Chicago firefighter was shot twice in the leg early Sunday morning while crews were responding to a car fire on the city's Northwest Side.

A Chicago firefighter was shot in the leg early Sunday morning while crews were responding to a car fire on the city's Northwest side.

There are currently no suspects in custody, and Fire Commissioner Richard Ford said authorities do not believe the firefighter was deliberately targeted.
