Alexa Eisenberg is a registered dietitian who has an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master's degree in dietetics from Mount Mary University. She worked as a student sports nutritionist for the University of Wisconsin Athletic Department for four years, ensuring that collegiate athletes were fueled properly to optimize their performance and recovery. Eisenberg also worked as an eating disorder dietitian. Later, she was as a performance nutrition coordinator for the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Eisenberg started her own nutrition coaching business in 2020. Her fiance is the fire chief at Dover Air Force Base.
