Winslow Fire Department in Winslow, Ariz., has taken delivery of a Midwest Fire side-control tanker-pumper built on a Freightliner 114SD chassis.

Winslow Fire Department in Winslow, Ariz., has taken delivery of a Midwest Fire side-control tanker-pumper built on a Freightliner 114SD chassis. Unit has a 3,000-gallon APR polypropylene tank, Darley 1500 GPM LDM pump,
2.5-inch direct tank fill and a 5-inch Storz direct tank fill and tank level gauge. It also has a rear stainless-steel Newton electric 10-inch square dump valve with an 18-inch telescoping chute. It feature All-POLY construction with "Sweep Out" style compartments, including R.O.M. anodized aluminum roll-up doors, activated LED lighting, vents and floor dry decking.

Other features including NFPA compliant LED lighted folding steps and grab rails, rear view camera, six LED Whelen Scene and warning lights, Elkhart Vulcan deck gun, FoamPro 1600 Class A foam system, power lift ladder carrier, full-width and length hose bed, pre-connected hose crosslays, adjustable polypropylene dividers and hose covers, Kussmaul battery charger with auto eject.
