Enola Fire Company No. 3 in Enola, PA has taken delivery of a custom-built KME mid-mount aerial platform.

Enola Fire Company No. 3 in Elola, PA has taken delivery of a custom-built KME mid-mount platform aerial built on an KME chassis.

The KME Predator Severe Service chassis is powered by a Cummins X15 600-HP engine with an Allison 4000 EVS transmission.

The suppression features include a Hale DSD-150, 1,500-GPM single stage pump with a 300-gallon poly water tank. The platform nozzles are Elkhart Vulcan 8500 monitors. One monitor has stacked tips, the other a SM-1250 nozzle. tip.

Other features include a Smart Power 6K PTO generator with two 240V cord reels, 252’ of ground ladders, 1,000’ of 5” hose, and three pre-connect lines.

The 102-foot midmount aerial features include, integral bucket parapet ladders, auto-bed, platform breathing air system and custom platform saw boxes.
