The Minneapolis Fire Department has taken delivery of a Pierce Manufacturing aerial ladder.

The Minneapolis Fire Department has taken delivery of a Pierce Manufacturing tractor-drawn tillered aerial ladder that's built on an Arrow XT chassis.

The rig is powered by a 550-hp Detroit Diesel DD13 engine and has TAK-4 independent front suspension.

The 100-foot aerial has a pre-piped waterway with an Akron 3480 StreamMaster monitor and a Akronmatic 1250 electric master stream nozzle.

Additional features include a Harrison 10-KW hydraulic generator, David-Clark intercom system, transverse roll-out trays and ROM roll-up doors,
