The West Berlin Volunteer Fire Company, in Berlin Township, NJ, placed this water rescue vehicle built by Knapheide on a Ford F-350 chassis with a five-seat cab. The rig carries water rescue equipment and tows a trailer with two 14-foot Inmar rubber-hulled vessels and one 14-foot Game Fisher flat bottom vessel.
Pierce built this 107-foot Ascendant quint for Ocean Isle Beach, NC, on an Enforcer chassis. The rig has a 1,500-gpm pump, 500-gallon tank, a high-flow waterway and carries extrication equipment.
This 1,500-gpm pumper was built by Sutphen on their Monarch chassis for the Rome, NY, Bureau of Fire. The Cobden, IL, Fire Department took delivery of this pumper/tanker-tender built by Toyne on an International HV607 chassis, powered by a Cummins ISL9 450-hp engine with a Allison 3000 EVS transmission. Skeeter built this Type 5 rescue-side pumper for the Stafford, TX, Fire Department on a Ford F550 chassis. The rig has a 400-gallon water tank, 10-gallon Class A foam tank, Darley 2.5 AGE 24K diesel pump equipped with a Scotty 4171 Foam System, a 10,000-pound WARN portable winch, independently switched bumper ground sweeps and a transverse pull-out tool tray.
