MCI Triage Cache & Casualty Point Trailers. Rescue U is the father of the Emergency Response Trailers. Founded in 1985, after consulting with many large and small departments, we designed a custom trailer to meet the needs. We then designed special medical equipment and supplies to aid in the treatment of the patients. The trailers come fully stocked and ready to respond when delivered. We only sell what we manufacture and disaster preparedness is our only business.
