LEMOYNE, PA — Eastern Fire Equipment Services, Inc. announced it has entered into a licensing and transition agreement with the Slepetz family, granting exclusive rights to manufacture, distribute, and service the Roto-Rays spinning emergency warning light. Roto-Rays, trusted by firefighters for over 50 years, will now be produced at EFES’s Lemoyne, PA, facility under an exclusive agreement that continues the legacy of founder Richard Slepetz.
“This transition is deeply personal for us,” said Richell Slepetz, daughter of Roto-Rays founder Richard Slepetz. “We’re proud to pass the torch to another family-run business that shares our values and commitment to the fire service.”
Eastern Fire Equipment Services is known for its Truckman’s Choice Fire Rescue Saws and Blue Mountain Skid Units. With exclusive rights to Roto-Rays, EFES will expand its manufacturing presence while continuing the commitment to firefighter safety and quality.

All production and service operations have been transitioned to EFES’s Lemoyne facility, where a dedicated Roto-Rays service center is being established.
