MD Firefighters Hurt in Apparatus Wreck

    Three Prince George's County firefighters were briefly hospitalized after the apparatus they were riding in collided head-on with a van.

    Three Prince George's County firefighters were hospitalized with injuries when after apparatus was involved in a head-on crash with a van.

    ABC7 reports that the incident happened Wednesday afternoon and involved a civilian worker van and a fire engine from Station 848 in West Lanham Hills.

    The firefighters were taken to an area hospital for evaluations, and the driver of the van was uninjured.
