Two OH Firefighters Injured in Apparatus Rollover Accident

The Neffs firefighters were responding to another vehicle crash, and their apparatus overturned while navigating a twisting road, according to the chief.

Two Ohio firefighters were injured when the apparatus they were in was involved in a rollover accident on the way to a call Monday.

The Neffs firefighters were responding to a vehicle crash in Richland Township at around 1 a.m., WTRF-TV reports. Fire Chief Mike Knowlton said that the apparatus overturned when firefighters were navigating a winding road with a set of concrete steps near the roadway.

The two firefighters were taken to hospital, but they were later released. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
