The City of Alabaster, AL, Fire Department has taken delivery of a new 100-foot mid-mount aerial platform from Sutphen mounted on a custom Monarch heavy-duty chassis.
This tandem-axle rig features a four-door, five-person cab, Cummins X12 (500-hp) engine, Allison 4500EVS transmission, a Hale QMAX single-stage (2,000-gpm) pump, and a 300-gallon water tank.
