At FDIC International 2026, LiquidSpring, a pioneer in smart suspension technology, will unveil its most recent product for the fire and emergency market: a Polaris Ranger 1500 XD fitted with LiquidSpring Smart Suspension.

This new application expands LiquidSpring's capabilities into the utility task vehicle (UTV) category, providing departments with a more intelligent and capable choice for accessing distant regions where conventional equipment cannot go. LiquidSpring is designed for quick response in uncertain terrain.

The Polaris Ranger 1500 XD will be equipped with a Tomar emergency lighting kit and a QTAC 85EMS-C skid unit, which are specifically made for EMS and rescue operations in off-road settings. This combination gives first responders the resources they need to respond swiftly and efficiently in isolated or difficult-to-reach circumstances.

The Ranger is also outfitted with the same essential LiquidSpring technology that emergency personnel have grown accustomed to seeing in ambulances, brush trucks and specialist vehicles. This technology includes RideSync, which helps maintain a steady ride regardless of load or terrain. Better control, more steadiness and a more predictable reaction when circumstances are anything but.

The Polaris Ranger 1500 XD with LiquidSpring offers enhanced stability, control and ride quality when traversing rough trails, soft ground or uneven terrain. This results in less operator fatigue, safer access to off-road accidents and improved equipment and people protection for fire and rescue crews.

“Emergency response doesn’t stop where the pavement ends,” said Carl Harr, director of sales & marketing at LiquidSpring. “This platform gives departments the ability to reach critical situations faster and with more control, while keeping crews safer in the process.”

In situations that would be difficult for conventional suspension systems to handle, LiquidSpring's completely active suspension continuously adjusts to load and terrain in real time. The result is a more predictable, confidence-inspiring ride when it
matters most.

LiquidSpring will display a Ford F-550 equipped with Elevation Off Grid's Fire Authority Package in addition to the Polaris Ranger 1500 XD. This will show how LiquidSpring technology supports specially designed emergency vehicles intended for harsh environments, increased payload capacity and improved crew confidence both on and off the road.

The Weis Fire display (display #3004) will also showcase LiquidSpring on their Quick Attack Truck, demonstrating how the same suspension technology supports rapid-response equipment designed for off-road access, quick deployment and actual fireground conditions.

Along with ambulances, brush trucks, and specialist response vehicles, LiquidSpring's expanding array of fire and emergency solutions now includes the Polaris Ranger 1500 XD. LiquidSpring continues to provide departments with equipment made to function in real-world situations, from disaster recovery operations to wildfire response and backcountry rescue, by entering the UTV market.

At Booth #4784, FDIC 2026 attendees may get a hands-on look at these vehicles and witness how LiquidSpring is redefining mobility and control for emergency response teams who operate outside of conventional roads.
