    The Cherry Capitol Airport has taken delivery of an Oshkosh Striker 4x4 ARFF vehicle.

    The Cherry Capitol Airport in Traverse City has taken delivery of an Oshkosh Striker 4x4 ARFF vehicle.

    The Cherry Capitol Airport has taken delivery of an Oshkosh Striker 4x4 ARFF vehicle.

    The vehicle is powered by a Deutz 2015 V8 670-HP Tier 3 engine that can accelerate from 0-50 mph in under 25 seconds.

    Onboard is 1,500 gallons of water, 210 gallons of foam,  and 550 pounds of dry chemical extinguishing agent.

    The chassis features Oshkosh TAK-4® independent suspension, 50-foot Snozzle® High Reach Extendable Turret (HRET) with FLIR camera and a 300-gpm pump turret.
