The Cape Coral Fire Department has taken delivery of a custom-built Silver Ships Freedom 30 fire boat.
The 30-ft long vessel features a 9-foot-11-inch beam, enclosed center console and twin DF350 Suzuki Outboards.
The fire system features a Darley HE64 Hercules fire pump and a Task Force Tips fire monitor, as well as emergency lighting and sirens.
The vessel is equipped for firefighting, search and rescue, dive response and emergency patient transport.
