The Havelock Fire Department has taken delivery of a custom rescue truck built by Emergency Vehicles Inc. (EVI) on a Ford F-550 Crew Cab 4 x 4 chassis.
The EVI custom 12-foot rescue body features ROM roll-up doors with pull-out shelves and trays. There are roof top compartments with a Will-Burt 2.3 12 volt LED light tower.
The rescue features a 4.8 Harrison Hydraulic generator with a 200-foot electric cord with reel and a Warn 9,000 pound winch.
