Yolo, CA, Fire Protection District Has Taken Delivery of a Custom Pumper

    Yolo, CA, Fire Protection District has taken delivery of an HME Ahren-Fox custom pumper. It is built on an HME 1871-SFO chassis with a SFOSMFD cab. It is powered by a Cummins ISL 9 engine and an Allison 3000EVS transmission. To fight fire it has a Hale Qflo 1,250-gpm pum and an 850-gallon water tank. It is also equipped with a Federal Signal Q2B siren.
