The Sidney Fire Department has taken delivery of a custom-built Toyne pumper built on a Spartan Metro Star LFD chassis with a 10” raised roof.
The chassis is powered with a Cummins ISL9 380 engine with an Allison 3000 EVS transmission.
The pumper has a Waterous CSU 1,500-GPM pump with a 750-gallon UPF water tank and a Foam Pro 2001 Class A foam system with a 25-gallon foam cell. The rig features top-mount pump controls.
The body is stainless steel bolted construction with ROM roll-up doors.
