The Mississippi Fire Academy in Jackson has put in service a new custom pumper built by E-ONE. It is built on an E-ONE Typhoon XL cab and chassis , powered by a Cummins L9 400-hp engine and an Allison transmission. It has a Hale QTWO, 1,500-gpm two-stage pump and a 740-gallon water tank with a 40-gallon foam cell. It also features an extruded aluminum body.
