The Hagerstown Jefferson Township, IN, Volunteer Fire Department has taken delivery of a new pumper from Toyne mounted on a custom Spartan Metro Star LFD chassis with a 10" raised roof.
This rig, which has seating for six firefighters, is powered by a 400-hp Cummins ISL9 engine with an Allison 3000EVS transmission and features a Waterous CS (1,250-gpm) pump and a 750-gallon water tank.
