This foam pumper tender was built by Custom Fire for the Refinery Terminal Fire Company in Corpus Christi, TX.

The rig was built on a Sutphen Monarch Chassis.

It's powered by a 600-hp Cummins X15 Engine and an Allison 4000 EVS transmission.

To fight fire, it has a 4,000-gpm Waterous CRU Pump, an Accumax Foam Proportioning System, a 400-gallon water tank and a 2,000-gallon foam tank.

The rig includes Whelen LED warning lights, Grover air horns, a Whelen electronic siren, Federal Q2B siren, and a Whelen LED Freedom lightbar.
