Hackensack, MN, Area Volunteer Fire Department has taken delivery of a Midwest Fire side-control tanker-pumper built on a Freightliner M2 106 chassis with a Cummins L9 350EV HP engine and an Allison 3000 EVS transmission. It is equipped with a 3,000-gallon ARP Polypropylene tank and a Hale DSD 1,250-gpm spilt-shaft pump. Other equipment includes three 10-inch square Newton dump valves, Whelen warning and scene lights,and a Kussmaul air and battery conditioner
