SVI built this 2,500-gallon tanker for the Melrose Fire Department.

The 19-foot aluminum SVI body is mounted Freightliner M2 112 2-by-4 chassis that is powered by a Detroit DD13 450-hp engine and Allison 4000 EVS transmission.

The 2,500-gallon poly tank supplies a Newton Kwik Dump valve system and the rig includes iAkron Brass 8830 Gen II valves.

Features include OnScene Solutions Access LED compartment lighting, SlideMaster slide-out cargo trays, stainless-steel hinged compartment doors, rear compartment ladder storage, FRC Spectra LED telescopic scene lghting and rear tow hooks.
