Driver Critical in Head-On Collision with PA Pumper

A van collided head-on with a pumper from Bensalem Fire Rescue leaving one person seriously injured.

A collision between a Bensalem Fire Rescue pumper and a van sent one person to the hospital with serious injuries Thursday morning.

The crash happened around 11 a.m. at Street and Knight roads in Bensalem Township, according to CBS Philadelphia.

The driver of the van was transported to the hospital with critical injuries, 6ABC.com reported.

No firefighters were injured in the collision.
