To all chief of volunteer fire departments/companies:
To obtain as large a sample as possible, Firehouse® Magazine is asking any interested volunteer fire department to complete and return this survey form. Since we anticipate receiving substantially more responses than we have room for in the October 2014 issue of the magazine, departments appearing in the Volunteer Run Survey will be as representative as possible from around the country. Only department-level organizations will be included in this survey. Individual companies within a department will not be accepted. Please compile all responses as a department. Incorporated fire companies that are the sole fire protection for a jurisdiction will be accepted.
