A firefighter from Henrico County has been suspended as officials looks at comments he is suspected of posting on Facebook.
The posts were aimed at President Obama and the first lady and he wrote: "trying to find her black baby daddy...so she can get an EBT card and a check."
Another post said he's "tired of having diversity shoved down our throats and hiring people based on skin color or gender, even though they aren’t fully qualified," according to NBC12.com.
The firefighter, who has been on the department for over a year, was suspended without pay.
The county's human resources department is investigating the posts.
"He's a firefighter, he's meant to help people and be kind, generally who he is and his job, people really wouldn't want him to respond if he's being vulgar," said Henrico County resident Anne Hammock told the television station.
