April 29 -- Prosecutors say a Quinlan teenager claimed to be a firefighter in an effort to break into a home.
Dalton Eugene Tucker received two indictments Friday from the Hunt County grand jury, as it conducted the fourth session of its six-month term of serving the 196th District Court.
Tucker, 17, received one indictment for impersonating a public servant and one for burglary of a habitation. The indictments allege Tucker told a female victim he was a firefighter while instructing her to leave her residence on Dec. 12, 2017, before burglarizing the home.
