Loudoun County Firefighter Crowned Miss Virginia USA 2022

Firefighter/EMT Kailee Horvath a member of the Loudoun County Combined Fire and Rescue Services was crowned Miss Virginia USA 2022.

Horvath has been working out of the Ashburn Volunteer Fire Rescue Department since her senior year of high school in 2017. 

"This is my sixth attempt at a Miss Virginia USA state title. So for me, it was years of hard work and determination finally paying off, and I was just excited to share that moment with my family friends that were there," Horvath told WSET ABC 13 in Lynchburg.

Horvath is currently attending Marymount University in Arlington enrolled in the nursing program.

During her reign, Horvath wants to promote fire safety and pageantry by visiting schools and events as an ambassador for the organization.
