FDNY EMT Arrested for Sexually Assaulting Drunk Patient

An FDNY EMT was arrested Friday for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman in an ambulance in July.

A New York City Fire Department EMT was arrested Friday for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman inside an ambulance in July.

Michael Seebrat, 46, is accused of sexual assault for reportedly fondling and kissing the stomach and breasts of a highly intoxicated woman who regained consciousness during the assault on July 16.

The eight-year FDNY veteran has pleaded not guilty and is expected to be suspended without pay.
