The Fairfax County Fire Department, which has faced accusations of sexual harassment and discrimination, has released its findings after interviewing firefighters and most of the women in the department.
The findings revealed that 10 percent of those women say they faced some form of harassment or discrimination in the past five years due to their gender.
The probe began in large part because of a female firefighter-paramedic who said she had been repeatedly bullied taking her own life in 2016.
