FL Department's Payroll Flap Cost Taxpayers $218K

Clearwater City Manager Bill Horne says a fire department payroll scandal has cost taxpayers as much as $218,000.

In one case, the fire department continued making sick leave payments to a firefighter even after he left the state and took another job halfway across the country.
