Fantastic Video Shows Day in Life of CO Firefighter

South Metro Fire Rescue in Centennial, CO, has released a great video showing a typical day in the life of firefighter Justin LaBorde with Ladder 12.

The video runs nearly 25 minutes and shows LaBorde in every facet of his life on the job, from emergency runs to laundering his PPE and getting some down time at the station.
