ME FF Charged with Stealing from Fire Association

The Winslow firefighter is accused of taking more than $12,000 from the Winslow Firefighters Association.

A Maine firefighter has been charged in connection with the theft of money from the Winslow Firefighters Association.

Shawn Stetson, 34, a Winslow firefighter, is accused of stealing more than $12,000 from the association's accounts, according to WMTW.

Fire officials noticed the unauthorized withdrawls and notified police. 

He has been ordered to stay away from town employees and not go on town property.
