Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire Chief Placed on Paid Leave
Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire Chief Darryl Jones has been placed on administrative leave.
While details of the action have not been released, WPXI reported there is an internal investigation underway involving the operations in the department.
Assistant Chief Mat Davis has been named acting chief.
Jones has led the department since September 2007.
