McColl, SC, EMS Worker Charged with Setting Fire in Ambulance Facility
An EMS worker has been charged with starting a fire inside the agency's building in McColl.
Hunter McDaniel was charged with second-degree arson in connection with the fire that involved an electric heater and clothes, WYFF reported.
The motive for the fire that jeopardized the lives of a co-worker and damaged the building remains under investigation.
The fire was extinguished quickly by McColl firefighters.
