Fla. Firefighters Give Detectors After Lightning Fire

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Firefighters were handing out smoke detectors in an Orange County neighborhood after lightning sparked a house fire there Friday night. Fire officials said the lightning strike started a fire in the attic of the Bay Hill neighborhood home at about 7:30 p.m. Friday. The electrical lines in the home were damaged, but the home was saved, firefighters said.

Firefighters were handing out smoke detectors in an Orange County neighborhood after lightning sparked a house fire there Friday night.
