LINCOLNTON, N.C. --

A teenage boy escaped a mobile home fire Sunday morning that killed his parents and an uncle.

Firefighters said 18-year-old Conway Storm Cook survived by jumping 12 feet from a bedroom window and running to neighbors home.

Investigators said the fire happened at about 3 a.m. at a trailer on Betterbrook Lane in Lincolnton. When firefighters arrived on scene, the house was fully engulfed in flames.

Fire investigators said preliminary findings indicate that the fire started from either an electrical source or was accidental.

The heaviest damage was in the living room area and officials said there appeared to be no sign of foul play.

Both of his parents, Conway Todd Cook, 47, and Angela Cook, 41, as well as his uncle, Bobby Gene Cook, 63, died in the fire.
