ORANGE COUNTY, Fla.
--
Investigators with the Orange County Sheriff's Office and the State Fire Marshal are working to determine who set several cars on fire at multiple locations on South Orange Blossom Trail around 8:00 Friday night.
Orange County Fire Rescue officials say they responded to several 911 calls indicating there was a fire behind a building at Credit Nation Car Sales at 5400 South OBT. Once on scene, crews found flames in a work shop area as well as several vehicles on the property on fire.
While fighting the fire, crews spotted a second fire at a another car dealership just down the street. Officials say more resources had to be called out to respond to the second fire.
Fire crews say they found several cars and a trailer on fire at the second dealership, Orlando Auto Brokers.
Firefighters were able to quickly get both fires under control and no one was injured during the incident.
Investigators have determined the fires were intentionally set. The State Fire Marshal is conducting an arson investigation with assistance from the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
