A well-known restaurant at one of Winter Garden's downtown intersections was heavily damaged by fire Sunday.
A building that housed the China Panda restaurant and Winter Garden Restaurant at Dillard and Plant streets caught fire early Sunday morning.
Winter Garden Restaurant owner Katherine Klauzowski watched as firefighters attacked the blaze that destroyed her business.
The restaurant has been a popular local staple since the 1970s.
No injuries were reported.
Klauzowski said she is prepared to rebuild and open her restaurant again as soon as possible.
"Oh yeah, we have to -- this is our life; this is my life," Klauzowski said.
Officials are investigating to find the cause of the fire.
