Arson investigators are looking for information from the public about four home fires in two days in Anderson.
Anderson firefighters were called to the fires from Saturday to Monday in the same general area. Arson investigators are trying to determine the cause of the fires and if they are connected.
The first two fires were reported about 5 a.m. on Saturday. The fires were on West Franklin Street, one in the 700 block and the other next door in the 800 block. The home in the 700 block was unoccupied and had been refurbished to be rented. The residents of the other home were out of town at the time. Both home had minor to moderate damage.
The third fire at an unoccupied home on Cunningham Drive was reported about 5 a.m. Sunday. The extent of the damage was not immediately known.
The fourth fire was on Monday in an unoccupied home on H Street. The home suffered extensive damage.
