Texas FF Arrested on Arson Charges

SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- A Kirby firefighter was arrested Friday and charged with intentionally setting at least two fires in the last two years. Anthony Charles Wiatrek was arrested by the Bexar County Fire Marshals and charged with arson after they said he set fire to some land off Ackerman Road in March 2008 and also set his mother's van on fire in May 2009. Wiatrek has been charged with two counts of arson to a vehicle and one count of arson to a vegetation.

A Kirby firefighter was arrested Friday and charged with intentionally setting at least two fires in the last two years.
