    Kansas City Coffee Plant Burns

    KANSAS CITY, Mo -- Firefighters responded to a two-alarm fire at the Folgers coffee plant in downtown Kansas City on Saturday. Crews said dozens of firefighters were sent to the plant at Seventh Street and Broadway after the call came in at about 4 p.m.

    Firefighters responded to a two-alarm fire at the Folgers coffee plant in downtown Kansas City on Saturday.

    Crews said dozens of firefighters were sent to the plant at Seventh Street and Broadway after the call came in at about 4 p.m.

    Crews said the fire was between a ceiling and the roof of the building. There were no immediate reports about the extent of damage.

    Workers were allowed back into the building at about 5 p.m.
