Firefighters Put Out Charlotte Fire

Nov. 18, 2005
Arson is suspected to be the cause

We're waiting to learn what caused flames to erupt a Northwest Charlotte business.

Two dozen Charlotte firefighters put out a business fire on Rozzelles Ferry Road on Thursday night.

It happened at the A and I Products Company shortly before seven o'clock.

The business fire happened less than a block away from a warehouse on Hovis Road.

Investigators say an arsonist has targeted the Hovis Road location several times in the past few months.

They have not concluded whether or not the fires are related.
