EMMITSBURG, MD- FBI and ATF agents in Emmitsburg are looking into a series of arsons.
But in this case, no real damage was done. A woman disables the fail-safe on her coffeepot, leaves her apartment and watches it burst into flames.
But this arson case won`t end with jail-time: It`s a training exercise.
