Kentucky Man Seen Fleeing Just Before Apartment Blaze Erupts
Police call a Lancaster fire 'suspicious'.
Someone was seen leaving the area of a vacant apartment building -- just before it caught fire late Wednesday afternoon.
The fire was under control late Wednesday night, though it was still burning.
One firefighter was treated and released from a hospital. No one else was hurt. No other property was affected.
