Philadelphia firefighters are battling the temperatures and the flames at a shoe store Tuesday morning.
The three-alarm fire at Payless Shoes in Kensington was called in about 5:11 a.m.
Some of the hydrants in the area were unusable due to the extreme temperatures, according to Myfoxphilly.
SEPTA stations in the area of the fire have been shut down as a precaution due to the risk of icing. Buses are running instead.
Firehouse will have more when it becomes available.
